Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Custom or pre-order items may take additional time for dispatch. Customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India and select international locations through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time:
- Domestic Orders (India): 4–7 business days.
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Within India: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000. A standard shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
