We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong design, color, or size delivered).

  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact.

Please note:

  • Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution; these are not considered defects.

  • Sarees with customizations (e.g., fall-pico, blouse stitching, or made-to-order designs) are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • The refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
